The Second Life begins long before the Second Life

The focus on recycling does not arise when a bottle is thrown away but when it is designed. When you avoid incompatible components and choose shapes, colors, labels and caps that facilitate recycling.

When a bottle enters the recycling bin its fate has been largely decided.

Each design choice influences the possibility that that plastic will once again become an asset and be able to make a longer journey. Maybe become a bottle again, then simple recycled plastic granules again, then a tube, a panel, and then the technical component of an appliance or home. Many years will have passed in the meantime.

At Plastivalle we design packaging so that they can then become more bottles and bottles and many other things. But for this to happen, everyone needs to separate waste collection as it should be done.
